We made it safely to Wyoming on the first of many legs. It went pretty smooth until we switched drivers and I became the direction giver and reader of the Garmin. I can do hard things…but not that! I suck at both. We missed an exit that was very important to keeping us moving. A gas station. We were down to a twenty mile range. Oh, forgot to mention this was in Utah. We ended up someplace, had to pay a toll, but found a station.

The KOA in Rock Springs was good. Lots of gravel, rocks and road noise. On our evening walk, we were looking at all the different trailers, RVs and motorhomes, and one caught my attention. It was a Phoenix Cruiser. Candy had a Phoenix Cruiser. You don’t see many because they only make so many a year. The tears started to flow. I took it as a sign she was right there with us.

we feel your pain. We were Garmin challenged in Europe. We’ve stayed at that same TV park in Rock Springs also. Yep, gravel, trucks and noise. But you’re on your way!!

So glad to hear you made it there safely. Reading the garmin and giving directions is your only flaw. 😋 I have to tell you that seeing that camper is the first of many signs you will see on this trip. Keep your eyes, ears and heart open❣️ I am with you all in spirit! Keep the journal going and love ya❣️

oh Lordy! Thank goodness you didn’t get super lost! Your phone will give you really really good directions too! You can ask Siri, “Hey siri, nearest gas station from my location” she will round up the directions. 😂She is so smart. This is going to be an emotional trip but also help release a lot of feels you didn’t know were still inside. Big giant hug my friend. ❤️
